Our Single Origin Matcha

Single origin matcha simply means our matcha comes from one place, one farm, and one harvest. We work closely with a small local tea farm in Uji, Kyoto, building a direct relationship with the people who grow our tea and care for it year after year.

All of our matcha is made from the first harvest in spring, also known as the first flush. This is when the leaves are at their freshest and most vibrant, giving the matcha its naturally smooth taste, rich umami, and bright green colour. The flavor stays consistent because everything comes from the same first flush.

It is matcha in its purest form with tradition still at the forefront.
